Meet Our Trustees

All Trustees are volunteers and members of the Group. They are elected at the Annual General Meeting, for a period of three years. The Constitution of the Group calls for a maximum of twelve Trustees with one third retiring each year, although they may be re elected. From the Trustees there are elected a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. The Trustees form the majority of the managing Board, which can be augmented by co-opted members should the Trustees so deem.

The Group is a non profit organisation run by the members for the members. There are up to twelve Trustees including the officers of the organisation, Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
